Vertical FFS filling machine with "collar"

The procces of obtaining a whole and full bag by the vertical filling machine includes several steps - forming, filling and sealing. PE foil roll is installed and prepared for starting of the process. During unwinding of foil through the so-called metal collar, a bag is formed by pressing and sealing of a vertical longitudinal seal. The result is a vertical tube, which unwinds to a certain length and then filled with material. A horizontal seal cuts the bag. The full bag is ready for bringing out from the machine.

The vertical machine is universal and suitable for various products - pellets, bulk products, animal feed, fodder, fertilizers, etc.

There is a possibility of varying the size of the bag by changing the set length and width of the bag.

Maximum productivity 4-5 bags/min.
